A: Yes, all product in our shop are 100% genuine
Q: Where can i find your product?
A: You can find all of our product in shop menu. once in you’re in the shop page, you can filter what you need using the “product categories” at the right panel. you can also use the search menu at the top right to quickly find what you’re looking for.
Q: What if i cant find the item i want/it’s out of stock?
A: You can click the “add to my wish-list” link should you want the product and we’ll notify you when it’s ready for purchase again.
Q: Should I pay for item when I click the “add to my wish-list”?
A: No, because you don’t know the estimate cost for the item and the item’s price might change from what you see in our website. Anytime when you click the “add to my wish-list”, we’ll notify you once the product is available again and we’ll have to verify first if you still want to buy it.
Q: I’ve already ordered, but I can’t find the payment method?
A: You need to proceed to “CHECKOUT” section, from there, you’ll find the payment method.
Q: What’s the number receipt for?
A: The number receipt will be added once you’ve through the payment method and it’ll help us for searching your order item.
Q: Help! I don’t know/forgot my number receipt..
A: Don’t worry, we can still find your order item. just provide us with your profile and we can still find your order item but it’ll take some time to find it.
Q: I accidentally close my browser and i lost the payment info along with number receipt. what should i do?
A: Try check your email and find email from us. in there, you can find the number receipt and payment information.
Q: I’ve already check my email but i couldn’t find your email..
A: Try to look at your spam folder. it might end up in there. if you still can’t find it, you can email to us and we’ll assist you.
Q: I’ve already confirm my payment, what next?
A: After you’ve made confirmation about your payment, usually it’ll take a short amount of time for our team to verify your payment and after that you’ll be notify by email about the confirmation and the item should deliver to your location in short moment.
